Returns : Because most of our items are made to order and shipped out brand new, there will be a 20% fee for any cancellations once payment is received. We do not accept returns on lotions of any type.

Deposits : When deposit is required for purchase, the deposit is non-refundable.

Legal Intervention : In the very unlikely necessity of legal action, all proceeding will take place in the state of Kentucky.
